Refund Policy

At Toro Bravo, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality food and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we handle refund requests with care and fairness.

Dine-In & Takeout Orders

  • If there is an issue with your order, please let us know immediately so we can correct it.

  • We do not offer refunds for orders that have been fully consumed.

  • In cases where food is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our standards, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Catering Orders

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your catering date.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling costs.

Event Reservations & Special Bookings

  • For private dining or special events, deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • We may allow rescheduling based on availability.

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.​
