TORO BRAVO

Built by Brothers.
Rooted in Family.

Three brothers. One shared dream. A story built on family, hard work, and the community that believed in them.

Where It All Began

Before there was Toro Bravo, there were three brothers and a dream of building something together.

For Jorge, Sergio, and Luis family was always at the heart of that dream. One of Jorge's greatest hopes was to build something of their own alongside his brothers, something they could grow together and one day look back on with pride.

In 2022, that dream began taking shape when Jorge and Sergio opened Taqueria 2 Hermanos. A year later, Luis joined his brothers, bringing all three together in the family business they had dreamed about.

The community embraced them. Customers became familiar faces. Familiar faces became friends. That support helped a small family business grow and eventually allowed three brothers to dream even bigger.

The Beginning of TORO BRAVO

That bigger dream became Toro Bravo.

The vision was to create something different while holding onto what mattered the most: a place centered around family, where people could gather around a table, share great food and drinks, celebrate life's moments, and always feel welcome.

Toro Bravo is the new chapter, but its roots were the same ones that started everything.

Family. Hard work. Community.

Jorge was part of Toro Bravo from the very beginning.

He was there for the vision, the planning, the remodeling, and the countless details that went into transforming an idea into the restaurant the brothers imagined .

At the same time, Jorge was fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

Even during one of the hardest chapters of his life, he remained connected to the dream he and his brothers had worked so hard to build.

Sadly, Jorge passed away before Toro Bravo was able to open its doors.

He never got the chance to see the lights on, the tables filled, the music playing, or families and friends gathering inside the restaurant he helped bring to life.

But he helped build what they are gathering inside today.

Jorge's Legacy

Jorge's place in Toro Bravo didn't begin after his passing.  It began while Toro Bravo was still a dream.

His hands were part of the work. His ideas were part of the vision. His heart was in what the brothers were building together.

His strength throughout his battle with cancer and his determination to remain part of that dream are forever woven into the story of this place.

Jorge left his part of the family businesses to his wife, Angelina, who now continues alongside Sergio and Luis in the family businesses the brothers began together.

His legacy lives in more than a photograph on a wall or a story we tell.  It lives within these walls.  It lives in the family continuing what the brothers started.  And it lives in every chapter still to come.

More Than a Restaurant

For our family, Toro Bravo will always mean more than food and drinks.

It represents three brothers who believed they could build something together.  It represents taking chances, working hard, sacrificing, believing in one another, and continuing forward even when life changes the path you thought you would take.

It also represents something we could never build without: our community.

From everyone who supported Taqueria 2 Hermanos in the beginning to every person who has walked through the doors at Toro Bravo, you have helped turn a family's dream into something real.

Every birthday celebrated here, every family dinner, every date night, every toast between friends, and every familiar face that walks back through our doors becomes another part of this story.

When you choose to spend those moments with us, you aren't simply supporting a restaurant.  You're supporting a family and a dream that has been years in the making.

And for that, we will always be grateful.

The Story Continues

Toro Bravo is another chapter of something Jorge, Sergio, and Luis started together,

Today, Sergio, Luis, and Angelina continue moving that dream forward, alongside the family, team, friends, and community who have supported them along the way.

There will be memories made here.  There will be new faces that become familiar ones.  There will be celebrations, milestones, challenges, growth, and many more chapters still to be written.

But no matter how much Toro Bravo grows, we will always remember where it began and the three brothers who dreamed of building something together.

Three brothers. One dream. A family and community that helped it grow.

Jorge didn't get to see Toro Bravo open its doors.  But his hands, his heart, and his dream helped build what stand behind it.  Every time those doors open, another piece is added to the story he helped begin.
